Areas of Practice

Energy & Environmental

Now that equity and energy and environmental justice(EEJ) have taken their rightful place in business discourse, we must reach a point where institutions are willing to fund the hard work of defining and achieving each. The earnest and robust initiatives required to drive EEJ must be designed, budgeted for and adequately financed in the early stages of any endeavor. Too often, equity is shoehorned into a mature initiative in the backend. DVF Consulting is dedicated to building out a toolkit for energy and environmental justice to support all of our clients business models.

Health Equity

Historically marginalized communities have experienced the compounding effects of health care inequities and lack of access to basic needs such as food, shelter, employment and housing security and health care for centuries. Our teams have led evaluations of health care interventions and has over a decade of experience engaging and fostering community partnerships. Our work lies at the intersection of public policy, public health, research and social justice. At DVF, we believe in transforming theory into practice.

Social Equity

Equity looks different for many different organizations. Our goal is to build a toolkit of equitable solutions for our clients and all those impacted by their choices. Overall, we are working to build a better world and in doing so, we pride ourselves on tailoring each solution for our clients. DVF works diligently to center communities in cultivating social equity. We know that much of our work needs to be agile and creative; therefore, our approach ensures that is possible for each client.
